I've yet to have any problems with my connection to Steam, and I live in Korea with a shitty internet connection. I get lag with anything more than a 2v2. I've yet to crash out of a game. My only gripe is during single player when my units suddenly become zombies. Anyone else have a problem with units turning almost inversive?
I would get it but it isn't available in my region for some reason. I'll have to complain to steam, as usual. I've been watching videos on youtube of online battles thanks to Prince_of_Macedon. At first I thought the units looked shitty but he explained to me that it was on normal settings...but even on default, the terrain looked superb, as well as some of the new graphical effects. I am so tempted to get it simply because I love the Napoleonic era...but at the same time I don't want to be let ...
I'd love to play RTW if it didn't look so shitty on such a large screen >.<
If you check the screenshots on the totalwar.com site (under Napoleon) they show the mutiplayer menu, one of which shows the chat lobby...so that's a plus I suppose.

I think CA is just testing out the physics of their new engine...ehrm...i meant not so new engine... Hopefully they will start to go backwards in time again to Shogun, Rome, Medieval (the fun times!)
