CCS Dominance Rules



General Rules

1) CCS Dominance is a 1v1 tournament for Medieval 2: Total War with latest patch 1.3.
2) It is pure knockout tournament from the first round till the Grand Final. In first round players from the same clan will be protected to not meet each other, from second round on they will not be protected anymore
3) This tournament will be using faction elimination, so you will need to plan your (hopeful) journey to the final very carefully

Format Rules

1) CCS CItadel will feature 64 players that will fight in knockout style - in the "best of three" formula for all rounds and "best of five" formula in Grand Final.
2) Each stage (round) will be played on different map :
* 1st Round (1/32) - map - Pavia - Clear Weather (rehost until clear)
* 2nd Round (1/16) - map - Death Track - Clear Weather (rehost until clear)
* 3rd Round (1/8) - map - Palm Beach - Clear Weather
* 4th Round (1/4) - map - Township - Clear Weather (rehost until clear)
* 5th Round (1/2) - map - Lombardy - Clear Weather
* Grand Final - map - Spanish Plain - Clear Weather

3) The person who is listed above or first in the fixtures picks and attacks first.
4) Every Round admins will decide whether Player 1 is attacker or defender, each person will attack and defend one turn and then the person with the greatest victory in the 2 games (heroic being greatest) will choose whether they attack or defend in the third game.
And in the event of a 1-1 and both victories being the same, the attacker from the first game must pick first and attack again in the decider. Third battle should be played on Grassy Flatland or - if both players agree - on any other flat map. Clear Weather is still in place.
5) In the case of desynch both players must send the replay of the battle to the CCS admins for a decision.

In-game Rules

Unit size: Small
Era: High
Florins: 10k per player
Cavalry maximum: 8 cavalry units per player
Missile cavalry maximum: 4 missile units per player (counted into cav max)
Artillery/elephants: banned
Corner/red line camping: banned (every controversial situation will be reviewed individually by admins)
